First Step Healthcare LLC is seeking an Office Manager to serve as the central administrative hub in Columbus, OH. The role oversees client intake, records, timekeeping, payroll support, and compliance with DODD and HIPAA, while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and audit readiness. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities.
