Medical Malpractice Attorney

A well-established New Jersey law firm is seeking a Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its Monmouth County office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to take on substantive case responsibility within a collaborative, client-focused practice. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution Evaluate new cases, work with medical experts, and develop liability and damages theories Conduct depositions, motion practice, and discovery Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support/first-chair opportunities as experience warrants Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case status updates Collaborate with partners and colleagues on litigation strategy Qualifications 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience strongly preferred Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing Strong writing, deposition, and courtroom skills Comfort working with medical experts and complex medical records Ability to manage a caseload independently while working well within a team environment What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and case ownership Convenient Monmouth County office location The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $180,000.
