Responsibilities: This position is primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned commercial customers with a book consisting primarily of technology and entrepreneurial growth-oriented companies Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization Maintains a positive attitude and establishes effective relationships with clients, carriers, and agency personnel Complies with client service deliverable standards, including managing policy reviews, certificate requests, and endorsements Maintains a thorough understanding of commercial P&C insurance exposures/rating/coverage and forms Maintains confidentiality of all client information in accordance with agency privacy guidelines Complies with E&O prevention/Quality Management guidelines and to meet customer service standards Reviews contracts Assists with mergers and acquisitions insurance processes #J-18808-Ljbffr RHSB Insurance
