About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's expansion, responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and long-term growth. This strategic and hands-on role involves overseeing all finance, accounting, treasury, reporting, forecasting, and operational planning activities. The successful candidate will lead a team of six finance professionals, including a Controller, and will be expected to partner with ownership and operational leaders to improve business performance, optimize inventory management, and support capital investments. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including a CFO or VP of Finance role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, food processing, distribution, consumer products, or other inventory-intensive industries, and experience in a privately held or family-owned business environment is also preferred. The role demands a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and operational finance, as well as proven leadership skills in building and developing high-performing teams. The CFO will be expected to have excellent communication and executive presentation skills and to be adept at driving process improvements in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
