Key Perks & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ($18 - $20/hr based on experience) Generous employee discounts on spa services and luxury retail products Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Consistent, professional, and positive work environment What You'll Do: Deliver high-touch hospitality by welcoming guests and managing phone inquiries. Oversee appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs using our spa management POS system. Educate guests on luxury spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate payment processing and cash drawer reconciliation. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Front Desk / Medical or Spa Receptionist experience ( Note: Cashier-only experience will not be considered). Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating POS systems, digital appointment calendars, and handling multi-line phones. Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, multi-tasking abilities, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
