Job Details

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Maryland (in good standing)
• Several years of hands on civil litigation experience, ideally spanning some combination of business and commercial disputes, personal injury, employment matters, real estate or construction disputes, or general civil litigation
• Demonstrated first chair or significant second chair courtroom and deposition experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing a caseload independently, from intake through trial or resolution
• Comfort working directly with clients and building long term client relationships
• Familiarity with Maryland state court procedure; federal court and appellate experience a plus
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and collaborative teamwork within a close knit firm environment
