Grain Operations Assistant

Top Ag Cooperative is hiring a Grain Operations Assistant to support daily grain handling operations at our Okawville location. This hands-on role plays a key part in grain quality, equipment care, and safe, efficient facility operations - all guided by Top Ag's Core Values of Honesty, Dedication, Accountability, Expertise, and Professionalism.

What You'll Do:

Load and unload trucks and railcars, operating grain handling equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor grain inventory and quality, reporting deviations or concerns promptly
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
Maintain a clean, safe worksite in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Take initiative and hold yourself accountable to Top Ag's safety and quality standards

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating equipment (skid loader, forklift, etc.)
Valid driver's license
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work at elevated heights

Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor environment; seasonal and overtime hours required.
