CareNational is looking for an experienced CT TECH in Chico, CA ! This is a contract position and ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience as a CT TECH.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $ 44.64/hr - $ 52.45/hr - $ 60.26/h

*Please note, the highest starting rate as a new hire is $ 52.45/hr, based on applicable experience.
Work Setting:

• On-Site

Requirements:

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Desired:
- Two years experience in diagnostic x-ray
- One year experience in CT
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
- Current full certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California (CRT)
- Approved CPR certification
- ARRT and Fluoroscopy permit to be obtained within 6 months of hire
Desired:
- Current Radiographic contrast media and venapuncture certification
- Current license issued by ARRT
- Radiologic Technologist fluoroscopy permit issued by the State of California
- Advanced certification in CT


SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of human structure and function, cross sectional anatomy, patient care, positioning, and principles of radiographic exposure, quality assurance, radiation physics, radiation protection, radiobiology, and specialized techniques as required for a radiologic and CT technologist. Must be intelligent and self motivated. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills problem solving techniques are required.
