What you’ll be doing: You will be providing day to day user support for corporate associates in the Framingham MA corporate office as well as supporting remote Staples associates. You will report to a local senior manager in Framingham. This will be a 4‑days in office position, your schedule will be agreed upon with the hiring manager before starting. 24/7 on call rotation for a very limited list of VIP’s may be required. Daily support of technical equipment in the Framingham, MA corporate office will include but not limited to: Assisting with Incidents, Service Requests, and PC Refresh Imaging of new equipment and installation of company approved software Assistance with user data/settings identification and restoration per customer instruction when applicable Providing post‑deployment support for desktops/laptops Providing support of enterprise applications on mobile devices Interaction with customers, associates, contractors, and vendors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction De‑installation of assets including any necessary data removal Remote resolution of Incidents when possible. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.
