WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Teach nursing students in a mix of classroom, lab, and clinical/preceptor-based learning environments Help ASN students understand nursing concepts, clinical judgment, patient care, documentation, safety, and professional expectations Bring recent real-world clinical experience into instruction so students understand how nursing works beyond the textbook Support student progress through coaching, feedback, practical examples, and skills reinforcement Collaborate with academic and clinical teams to keep students on track and prepared for the realities of nursing practice Help develop confident, competent future nurses who are ready to step into patient care with more than memorized answers

SKILLS YOU NEED

Required: Active RN license and MSN Required: Recent nursing experience within the last 3 years Required: Clinical background in nursing, with specialties such as med-surg, psych, behavioral health, home health, or related areas considered Preferred: Prior teaching, precepting, training, mentoring, charge nurse, or clinical education experience, but formal teaching experience is not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
