Global Mobility & Immigration Strategy Lead
Snowflake
Snowflake is seeking a Director, Global Mobility & Immigration to define and execute a comprehensive global mobility strategy aligned with business growth and employee needs. The successful candidate will lead initiatives related to immigration, compliance, and workforce mobility, and will leverage technology and data-driven insights to improve program efficiency.
This role requires over 12 years of progressive experience within multinational organizations, a strong understanding of mobility tax implications, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
