What You'll Do: As an Associate Attorney, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters while developing a deep understanding of community association law. Your work will include: Interpreting contracts, statutes, governing documents, and other legal authorities and applying them to real-world client situations Advising community association clients through their managers and board members Providing general counsel regarding governing documents, compliance, and association operations Drafting and updating CC&Rs, bylaws, rules, and other governing documents Reviewing and drafting vendor contracts and service agreements Responding to client questions regarding their legal rights and responsibilities Analyzing complex issues and developing practical, solutions-focused recommendations Building trusted relationships with clients through responsive, thoughtful, and effective legal guidance Every day brings the opportunity to learn something new, solve a problem, and make a meaningful difference for the clients we serve. What We're Looking For: We’re looking for more than a résumé. We’re looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, dependable, and excited to grow.
