Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager drives the execution of large, complex, cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities. Operating within an agile construct, this role focuses on leadership, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and change management rather than deep technical skills. Responsibilities Program & Portfolio Execution: Lead multi-workstream programs spanning multiple business units. Own scope, end-to-end scheduling, tracking, and resource allocation Strategic Alignment: Support strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and enterprise transformation initiatives Stakeholder & Governance: Establish governance structures, facilitate executive-level alignment, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify execution risks, resource constraints, and complex cross-program interdependencies; implement mitigation strategies Executive Communication: Create dashboards, presentations, and status reports to synthesize complex data for leadership audiences Leadership & Influence Ability to lead through relationship-building and influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority Strong conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration skills Critical Thinking & Acuity Deep understanding of the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs Skill in evaluating business tradeoffs to facilitate rapid, data-driven decision-making General Program Management Proficiency in managing day-to-day agile program activities, milestones, and deliverables Adaptability to jump in and support the team on execution when necessary Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of Program Management experience (ideally leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives Certifications: PMP certification is highly desired Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently on diverse, complex problems with minimal supervisions Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agile delivery frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad USA
