Operations Support Specialist The Opportunity: Provide foundational operational support across team e nga gement, communications, logistics, and budget coordination. Responsibilities include managing team e nga gement and integrated operational excellence, including maintaining team calendar, supporting budget tracking, coordinating documentation, SharePoint, and records management, and enabling smooth day‑to‑day workflow across the Leadership, Talent and Performance team. Coordinate team meetings, events, and e nga gement touchpoints. Maintain team e nga gement calendars and shared resources. Support execution of culture‑building and team‑connection activities. Track team budget s and spend. Support monthly and quarterly budget summaries. Coordinate with Finance partners and team leads to ensure effective budget management. Draft internal updates, meeting notes, and reminders. Support leadership communication materials. Maintain Teams and SharePoint documentation repositories. Manage tracking of team deliverables and follow‑ups. Support onboarding setup and coordination. Manage the team work activity calendar. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You have: Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, or operations tasks. Experience with using Micro sof t Teams, Outlook, Copilot, SharePoint, and Excel. Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
