Business Operations Specialist

Employee Type Full Time Required Degree 2 Year Degree Manage Others No Business Operations Specialist–Main As our business operations specialist, you will help our business department by completing a pre‑review of loan requests, preparing reports, processing payments, assisting with updating loan data in systems, compliance and quality control reviews, understanding and educating other staff about loan policy, and assisting the business department with various other tasks as requested. Responsibilities Complete pre‑review of loan requests to ensure compliance with business lending policy and regulations. Process participation loan payments to outside financial institutions. Prepare and distribute required reports internally and externally. Maintain extensive knowledge of internal loan policies and update business staff when changes occur.
