Based in Silicon Valley, California, Maxinsights is a fast-growing team at the forefront of one of the most exciting frontiers in robotics. We are building a turnkey, end-to-end data solution to accelerate and enhance the development of Robotics Foundation Models. Our platform and data solutions improve both the efficiency and quality of data generation and curation, addressing one of the most critical bottlenecks in robotics today. Maxinsights was co-founded by a team of serial entrepreneurs with deep expertise in robotics and autonomous driving. Our founding team combines world-class research capabilities from Stanford with hands-on engineering leadership from unicorn startups that have successfully gone public. The Role We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Key Account Manager to own and expand our most critical customer relationships. This role sits at the intersection of deep account management and strategic business development. You will be responsible for establishing our flagship customer relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and strategically expanding our footprint in the embodied AI data ecosystem. Your deep sense of the data or autonomous driving landscape will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and forging lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities Key Account Management & Business Development Own the end-to-end relationship with our flagship enterprise customers in the robotics sectors. Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell strategies. Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term partnership growth and customer success. Customer Advocacy & Strategic Insight Serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers, researchers, and engineers at customer organizations. Gather and synthesize critical product feedback, data requirements, and market intelligence to inform our product roadmap. Champion customer needs internally, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions deliver maximum value. Lead program management initiatives for major accounts, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of training-ready datasets. Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with the evolving needs of the market and our key customers. Market Expertise & Strategic Growth Leverage your deep domain expertise in data or autonomous driving to build credibility with clients and identify emerging market opportunities. Represent MaxInsights at leading industry events (e.g., ICRA, RSS, CoRL, GTC), showcasing our products and expanding our professional network. Qualifications Domain Experience: 3-6 years of proven experience in key account management, business development, or a strategic customer-facing role within the data/AI sector or autonomous driving industry in the US market. Industry Sense: A self-motivated professional with a genuine passion and strong commercial sense for the data and autonomous driving landscape. You understand the key players, challenges, and trends. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise clients, grow revenue streams, and build trusted, long-term partnerships.
