Work you'll do Lead AI & Data engagements for Life Sciences / Pharma clients, with emphasis on supply chain transformation, analytics, and digital enablement. Shape and deliver use cases across forecasting, inventory optimization, network visibility, planning analytics, intelligent automation, and control tower capabilities. Translate business problems into scalable AI, data, and digital solutions. Work across strategy, product, data, engineering, and client stakeholder groups to define solution approach and delivery plans. Advise clients on operating model implications, business value, roadmap sequencing, and adoption considerations for AI‑enabled transformation. Support broader AI & Data pursuits and engagements beyond supply chain or Life Sciences when needed. Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk Manage day‑to‑day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy‑in for proposed solutions Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership Lead workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder sessions. Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to practice, offering, and go‑to‑market development. Qualifications Required: 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation 6+ years of experience in Life Sciences or pharmaceutical supply chain transformation projects 6+ years of experience with supply chain platforms such as SAP, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle, or Blue Yonder 4+ years of experience leading, managing, and delivering complex technology engagements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
