Ease Carpet Cleaning is looking for a customer-focused Floor Care Advisor who enjoys being face-to-face with clients, educating them, and providing excellent service in the field. This role combines hands-on cleaning work with consultative sales—helping homeowners and businesses understand how to care for their floors and surfaces long-term.
What You'll Do
- Conduct onsite consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services
- Assist and notify the supervisor about low inventory levels or equipment needs
- Proactively educate clients on post-cleaning care for their floors and surfaces
- Create and present estimates and invoices using our company software
- Keep daily tasks organized using our company checklists
- Prepare for every job using the load list to ensure all materials and equipment are ready
- Fulfill “on-call” needs such as floods, emergency calls, evenings, or weekends
- Complete required training and stay current on best practices
- Communicate with clients before and after jobs about potential trouble areas or stains
- Leave gift bags and marketing materials at each job
- Communicate with the company dispatch team before and after jobs, and as needed during the day
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company uniform standards
- Support revenue growth across all company brands
- Obtain client signatures on pre-work and post-work completion forms
- Perform all cleaning on all types of flooring and upholstery
- Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Ensure all equipment is returned to the van and shop after each job
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
