Office Services Associate

Supports daily office operations by managing mail services, office supply inventory, printer support, and document services in a large office environment. Responsibilities include stocking paper and toner, processing incoming and outgoing mail, responding to printer issues, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Order, stock, and distribute office supplies, paper, and toner.
• Provide first-level support for printers and multifunction devices, including clearing paper jams and coordinating service calls.
• Operate and maintain document imaging, copying, and mail processing equipment.
• Respond to customer requests and provide timely operational support.
• Maintain inventory records and supply levels.
• Perform document copying, scanning, and printing tasks.
• Deliver materials throughout a large office facility.
• Maintain equipment logs and operational records.
• Support general office operations and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in office services, mailroom, print/copy, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic office equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with copy, print, or mailroom operations.
• Familiarity with office equipment and document management processes.
