Rate: $42 $47/hr W2
About the Role
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support pharmaceutical process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing readiness for small molecule products. The role will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Development, and external partners to establish robust manufacturing processes and support product launches and lifecycle initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead process scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Develop and improve batch documentation and provide technical support during manufacturing and validation campaigns.
- Identify and resolve process challenges, support risk mitigation, CAPAs, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support product launches and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical guidance and independently manage priorities across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience with pharmaceutical process validation, preferably oral solid dosage forms and liquid products.
- Experience with technology transfer, scale-up, manufacturing support, and batch record development.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Small molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Minitab or statistical analysis.
- Experience supporting commercial launches, CAPAs, process improvements, and lifecycle management.
