Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings and formulate personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and functionality
• Work as part of a collaborative team, engaging with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and at-home exercise programs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related accredited degree

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
