• Position Details:
  

  • 35-bed Level III NICU
    

  • Average daily patient count of 23-25
    

  • NNP coverage model includes 24-hour shifts with an additional NNP on day shifts
    

  • Typical schedule: approximately seven 24-hour shifts per month
    

  • NNP may participate in high-risk deliveries as assigned
    

  • Procedures include intubation, UVC, UAC, and PICC line insertions
    

  • Pediatric Hospitalist manages newborn care
    

  • Available pediatric subspecialties on-site: Cardiology, Nephrology, Pediatric Surgery, Endocrinology
    

• Current APRN National Specialty Certification: Yes
  

• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year as NNP
  

• Educational Requirement: Master’s Degree in Nursing
  

• Active TX License: Yes (not accepting IMLC due to credentialing timelines)
