Job Overview:

As an Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team and make an impact by keeping our ecommerce operations running smoothly. You'll oversee daily warehouse activities, support associates, and ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

We're looking for a strong leader who enjoys coaching others, building a great team, and driving operational success through teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay Rate: $21.00/Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily ecommerce warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Lead, coach, and train warehouse associates to achieve productivity and service goals.
• Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and shipped on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards.
• Monitor workflow, assign daily tasks, and support operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and movement of products using warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory processes.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Partner with leadership and other teams to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with computers and material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
