Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A retail/outpatient pharmacy in Bridgeport, West Virginia, is seeking a full-time pharmacist to join their team in a temp-to-perm role. This position offers an opportunity to work in a well-established location adjacent to a medical building, providing essential pharmacy services to the community. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ideal for those seeking a stable work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Verify prescription accuracy and ensure patient safety
- Provide thorough medication counseling to patients
- Support daily operations of a retail/outpatient pharmacy
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standard procedures
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active West Virginia pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
