We are seeking an entry level Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Norwood, OH! You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and data entry. We are looking for someone who is self motivated and that likes being on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media and employee referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and career goals
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by actively recruiting for open positions
- Foster strong relationships with coworkers, candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- Ability to type efficiently
- Data entry skills
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay is based on experience
