What Youll Do

As an Account Manager for Arvig Answering Solutions you will provide professional support to new and existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction and meet or exceed expectations . You will consult directly with clients and internal sales teams to program test and maintain account software perform routine system maintenance handle scheduling and reports and troubleshoot client concerns independently . Additionally you will proactively connect with existing accounts to implement changes train clients on scheduling software and take call volume or participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed

What Youll Bring

• Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself your colleagues and customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of call center experience with a strong understanding of call center operations
• Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System
• Excellent customer service organizational and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask prioritize across multiple demands and maintain strong detail orientation and reliability

Bonus points if you have:

• A 2-year associate degree
• 3 years of demonstrated sales experience

Your Schedule

The work hours are Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM
