Overview Kona Medical Consulting is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Learning Path ABA Services is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality 1:1 therapy to children with autism in our Grand Blanc center. RBTs will implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of BCBA. Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based or in-home setting. Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans as designated by the BCBA. Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Maintain a compassionate and professional approach with clients and families. Uphold BACB ethical standards and center policies. Willingness to travel for in-home services. Pay Range And Benefits Starting Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience Health Insurance & Stipend (Full-Time Staff): Option to select a group health insurance package through Learning Path. $750 monthly healthcare stipend, paid directly to eligible full-time RBTs, beginning after 90 days of continuous employment.
