Job Opportunity At Orizon

We are looking for a talented individual to join Orizon, our Subscription Agency, in the Administration department, with an indefinite contract, focused on the administrative, financial, and operational management of the business, ensuring the correct execution of key processes: issuance, supplements, statements, billing, and settlements, reconciliations, and support to the subscription team. This position will be located in Madrid.

We will count on you for:

• Administrative management: registration and maintenance of files, document control.
• Accounting/Finance: control of premiums, billing, and settlements with insurers and brokers.
• Reconciliations: monthly bank reconciliation, detection of incidents, follow-up, and resolution.
• Issuance and operations: issuance of policies, supplements, receipts, certificates of coverage.
• Reporting: statements for the company, renewals, KPIs, and income reconciliation.
• Support to the subscription team: data loading, follow-up of requests, preparation of proposals.
• Relationship with companies and brokers: management of queries, documentation, and operational coordination.

What you need to have:

• Experience between 3 and 5 years in similar nature departments.
• Medium or higher education degree.
• Knowledge of accounting and issuance processes.
• Good level of English (ability to work in an international environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organized, meticulous, and decisive profile.
• Ability to work with volume of data and processes.
• Ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple tasks at once, and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Proactivity, willingness to learn, and team orientation.
