Client Advisor (American Dream)

We are seeking a client-focused, fashion-forward Client Advisor to help build a luxury lifestyle presence within the local market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who excels at cultivating meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying new opportunities to grow a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, seasonal, individual, and store sales goals.
• Drive performance against key sales and customer experience metrics through elevated service and strong selling skills.
• Build comprehensive knowledge of merchandise, product stories, and relevant fashion trends.
• Identify new sales opportunities through events, activations, collaborations, fashion partners, stylists, and community networking.
• Follow all sales-related policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain an active awareness of luxury fashion, market trends, and client preferences.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that exceeds expectations.
• Communicate product knowledge, brand heritage, and luxury lifestyle expertise with confidence and authenticity.
• Capture and maintain meaningful client information in CRM tools to support relationship-building and future outreach.
• Maintain an accurate, organized client book and provide timely follow-up on sales, requests, and appointments.
• Offer informed guidance on fashion trends, luxury products, and styling opportunities.
• Partner with colleagues to create a collaborative, consistent, and welcoming store environment.

Operations

• Support store leadership with training activities related to the selling experience and role responsibilities.
• Accurately execute all point-of-sale and register functions.
• Assist with annual inventory and monthly cycle-count requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-managed stock and understock areas.

Merchandising & Visual Standards

• Ensure the selling floor is clean, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Promptly communicate product concerns and inventory needs to store leadership.
• Support a polished, elevated retail environment that reflects luxury brand standards.

Professional Standards

• Maintain a professional appearance and wardrobe presentation aligned with the brand image.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or strong related professional experience.
• At least 2 years of retail experience;
  luxury fashion experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with international or premium brands is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, organization, and clienteling abilities.
• Passion for fashion, luxury products, customer experience, and sales performance.
