Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Troy, MI. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our partnered practices. Daily tasks include managing job postings, developing recruitment strategies, building a pool of qualified candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additional responsibilities may include attending career fairs, maintaining candidate databases, and staying updated on industry trends.
