Physical Therapy Assistant Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility, supporting rehabilitation and recovery goals under the supervision of licensed therapists. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to promote patient mobility and independence. Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
