Change Manager - Business Analyst

Insight global is searching for a Change manager - Business Analyst local to NYC. The Change Manager will be a key member of the Technology Delivery team within Technology & Operations, guiding u and stakeholders through a complex operational transformation initiative. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Change Manager with a Media Operations and/or technology systems background, who has a remarkable ability to bring people together to accomplish great things. The Change Manager will be a fast learner, strong collaborator with impeccable communication skills, is self-organized and will be the key resource responsible for maximizing acceptance and minimizing disruption through a stakeholder engagement. Prior experience with Change Management in a transformative environment is crucial, along with the ability to manage, communicate, and support change in a thorough and meaningful way. To be successful the role requires the ability to work across a diverse range of internal departments, such as content/media delivery, sales, HR, programming, digital products, and IT, which span time zones and regions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3 + years' experience in change management and business analyst experience within the Streaming, Media or Broadcast industries strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with ADKAR model for change management framework
• Experience producing detailed documentation and process diagrams using Jira and Confluence
• Experienced in process mapping and requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, including SharePoint, Teams, Visio and Project.
• Ability to focus on the people & process impact they have - measure that impact and work with them effectively
• Comfortable implementing both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Detail-oriented and ability to capture and communicate information in visual, easily digestible ways.
• Ability to easily initiate and cultivate business relationships across multiple stake holders
