Valuation Associate

This hybrid role based out of the local office requires an enterprising, analytical, and collaborative team player committed to accelerating your career. Responsibilities Apply organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information. Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.). Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates to support appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes. Qualifications Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing towards a Certified General License. Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in commercial real estate. Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail. Relevant undergraduate or graduate degree.
