Position Summary Join Savano Capital Partners as a full-time Associate in our Baltimore, MD office. In this role, you will be integral to our investment team, engaging directly in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in software and technology companies. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and source new investment opportunities Build lasting relationships with growth-stage companies, executives and investors in the tech industry Manage our deal pipeline and CRM Drive diligence, including business and industry analysis, competitive landscape, financial modeling and investment memos Monitor and support our current portfolio companies Contribute to internal projects that improve our sourcing engine, data, and processes Minimum Qualifications ⏳ 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity or venture capital Strong grasp of accounting and finance; comfort modeling company financials and performing valuation analysis Quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail ️ Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate and authorized to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr
