Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in the department, meeting state and specialty standards and collaborating with medical providers and the care team. What you will do in this role Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and document care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs and resolving them proactively. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan that supports recovery. Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care needs of specialized patient groups. Qualifications you will need Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
