Position Overview

An orthopedic and injection clinic in California is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated PA with an orthopedic background who enjoys working directly with patients and providing care in a specialty clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients presenting with orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal concerns.
• Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Participate in patient care involving orthopedic and injection-based treatments, consistent with training and scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on treatment options, recovery, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active Physician Assistant license in California.
• Previous orthopedic experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary of $200,000 for experienced candidates.
• Full benefits package.
• Monday-Friday schedule.
• No weekend schedule specified.
