About the Role As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll perform imaging, diagnostic, and Theranostics nuclear medicine procedures — preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and collaborating with physicians and clinic staff to deliver high‑quality, personalized patient care. What You'll Do Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures (SPECT-CT and/or PET-CT) and/or diagnostic and Theranostics nuclear medicine procedures Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols and safety standards Operate, maintain, and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and image quality Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to interpret imaging studies and develop personalized treatment plans Calculate, order, prepare, and measure radiopharmaceuticals/kits Provide support and assistance to patients throughout imaging, ensuring their safety and comfort Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory and clinic standards Maintain documentation regarding receipt of radiopharmaceuticals, dosage, quality control, radioactive source storage, and disposal of radioactive materials Optimize imaging protocols and procedures to enhance the quality and efficiency of nuclear medicine services Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements Assist in quality assurance and control activities to uphold clinic standards Conduct visual safety inspections and report any hazardous building or equipment conditions Maintain supply inventory, ensuring adequate materials are available Ensure work areas are orderly and clean, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions Participate in continuous education to stay updated on industry trends and advancements What You Bring Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) State licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist 5+ years of experience using nuclear medicine tools, equipment, and related office technology Previous experience in a nuclear medicine setting (preferred) Strong understanding of personalized Theranostics and its applications (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
