Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Duties
Provide expertise in performing complex imaging procedures utilizing modern methodologies, accurately acquiring and processing data to optimize the studies for physician interpretation.
Takes the initiative to improve technical skills and theoretical knowledge and remains current with new technologies and requirements.
The incumbent provides information and education regarding new diagnostic and treatment procedures to health care providers and patients/families.
Incumbent handles all emergency situations to include radioactive spills and emergency add-on studies.
Ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally.
