An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide valuable support during a maternity leave. This contract position offers full-time hours and starts as soon as possible, continuing through December 23. You'll collaborate closely with dedicated teachers and child study team members, fostering positive outcomes for students in a supportive environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience supporting schools or educational settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Problem-solving mindset and compassionate approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expert behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data-driven recommendations
- Serve as a resource to teachers and child study teams, guiding evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Monitor and report on student progress, making program adjustments as needed
- Support in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and uphold high ethical standards
