Job Description Apparel Designer Young Womens & Juniors Full-time, onsite Monday6Friday We are seeking a talented Apparel Designer to join a growing young womens apparel manufacturer in Downtown Los Angeles. This role will focus on juniors and young womens categories, creating trend-right product from initial concept through production. What You Will Do Research market trends, competitive brands, color, print, and silhouette direction. Design seasonal collections across young womens and juniors categories. Develop product from concept through production, following the line plan and development calendar. Create and update detailed flats, CADs, tech packs, line sheets, and presentation materials. Partner with merchandising, sales, and product development on product direction, sales samples, and key milestones. Attend fittings and communicate design intent, construction details, and fit direction clearly. Work with fabric, print, and trim development to ensure product is on-brand and commercially viable. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of womens apparel design experience; juniors or young womens experience strongly preferred. Degree in Fashion Design or related field. Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, fabric, prints, trims, and sourcing. Strong eye for trend, color, silhouette, and compelling product stories. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative. Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills. Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles full-time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
