Packing Lead – Nights Location: Golden Valley, MN A growing manufacturing company in the Minneapolis suburbs is looking for a dependable Packing Lead to support production and packaging operations. This role works in a fast‑paced environment helping organize daily jobs, operate packaging equipment, maintain quality standards, and assist with leading small packing teams. Pay: $21–$26 per hour Schedule: Full-time Monday - Thursday -5pm - 3:30am Responsibilities: Organize and prepare daily production jobs Follow work instructions and maintain quality control Prep materials and operate automated packaging equipment Support assembly and packing teams to complete orders Requirements: Prior machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Ability to stand most of the shift and lift 30–40 lbs High school diploma or GED required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Benefits include: 401(k) with match, health/dental insurance, PTO, employee discounts, referral program, and more.
