Responsibilities Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connect them to Topgolf, and set the stage for an unforgettable experience. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each visit to enhance the overall experience and drive sales. Take orders quickly and accurately, keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Work seamlessly with other Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience, providing T‑line support and resolving concerns with a smile. Assist with safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bay space clean and safe for all. Qualifications Positive attitude, One Team mentality, and a strong focus on Player experience. Previous experience serving food and beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. Comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying items up to 50lb. Ability to remain on feet for most of the shift, walking throughout the day. Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50lb. Be on feet for most of the shift, walking required.
