Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the hub of our operation, handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with dispatch, and making sure every customer interaction leaves a strong impression.

What You'll Do (The Big Task)

Turn incoming calls into scheduled service appointments while creating a positive, professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
• Follow and master call scripts while still sounding natural and confident
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with dispatch and management
• Maintain accurate and complete customer records
• Participate in ongoing training and development

• ServiceTitan (CRM & scheduling)
• Microsoft Office
• Google Workspace
