What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards
• Administer rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records
• Communicate regularly with the healthcare team, patients, and families
• Provide education and counseling on treatment options and health management
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants or rehabilitation aides

What You Need

• Missouri state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong knowledge of clinical assessment and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements and professional ethics
• Preferred: Prior experience in long-term care settings
