Green Meadows Partners is building a pipeline of experienced Project Managers for upcoming opportunities with a valued client that regularly adds to its project management team as business needs grow. These positions are ideal for Project Managers who enjoy owning projects from start to finish, working directly with customers, and coordinating across multiple departments to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

While there is not an immediate opening today, qualified candidates who apply will be considered for upcoming Project Manager positions as they become available.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initial planning through successful completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Develop project estimates and budgets and coordinate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Issue, monitor, and process purchase orders.
• Track project schedules, budgets, progress, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Production, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Learn and implement customer-specific brand standards and requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, signage, or a related project-based environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience .
• Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with purchase orders, project forecasting, and vendor coordination is preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
