Job Summary: The Practice Supervisor oversees daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow, high‑quality patient care, and staff support. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative teams and ensures compliance with organizational policies. Job Type Full-time Supervisory Responsibilities The Practice Supervisor supervises clinical and administrative staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback as needed. Essential Duties / Responsibilities Manage daily practice operations and staff workflow. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Address staff and patient concerns promptly. Other Duties as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems efficiently. Familiarity with healthcare operations and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
