Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment through skilled repair and preventive maintenance. This position supports operational continuity by troubleshooting issues, maintaining tools, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician works a regular daytime schedule with occasional travel to other sites, offering opportunities for growth into supervisory roles.

Responsibilities
Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of practical experience in maintenance roles
