Want a repeatable fly-in routine that keeps your schedule tight and your surgery days productive?
We're building a surgical program across Grants + Gallup + Farmington, NM and hiring either a Periodontist or a surgery-focused GP to lead it—4 clinical days per month , stackable into one travel week .
Denver Travel Advantage (Simple Hub Routing)
Daily flights: Denver ↔ Albuquerque (easy monthly travel hub)
Farmington → Denver via United (Daily) for regional in/out options
You can fly into Albuquerque , complete your week across the three sites with planned overnights/driving, then fly home—clean and predictable.
Schedule (Stackable)
Grants — 1 day/month
Gallup — 2 days/month
Farmington — 1 day/month

These practices serve many Medicaid patients and reimbursements are the same for GP vs specialty on those plans. We're open to the best operator for the job— specialist or surgically strong GP .
