Retirement Plan Consultant

To support workplace retirement plan participants, the full-time Georgia Licensed Retirement Planner will educate individuals on retirement readiness, guide them through employer-sponsored plans, and help them make informed decisions about their financial goals while working remotely within 90 miles of Greater Atlanta, GA. Key responsibilities Educate participants on retirement plan benefits, employer matching contributions, and investment strategies Conduct needs-based conversations to identify participant goals and recommend appropriate retirement solutions Collaborate with team members to address complex planning needs and enhance participant outcomes Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory role FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 65 or 66 must be obtained within 90 days of hire Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends Proven ability to conduct needs-based conversations and support asset acquisition and retention Openness to coaching and adapting to evolving business needs
