Ambulatory Care Pharmacist: Clinical Outcomes & Education

Ochsner Health

New Orleans, LA

Ochsner Health in New Orleans is looking for a pharmacist to monitor and evaluate drug therapy, manage pharmacy services, and improve patient outcomes. This position involves responding to E-Consults, providing drug information, and mentoring pharmacy students. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, with a current pharmacy license, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
